Leslie Gray brings more than 33 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, human resources, risk management, and executive advisory services. She holds an active Life and Health license with reciprocal licenses in all 50 states, and specializes in benefits strategy, implementation, administration, and compliance — helping employers navigate healthcare reform, ACA requirements, and workforce management challenges.
Leslie is also a trusted workplace investigator and expert witness in employment-related matters, including wage and hour compliance, disability accommodation, and harassment and discrimination claims.
Known for her practical approach and deep industry knowledge, Leslie is the advisor employers turn to when they need benefits and human capital strategies that are compliant, competitive, and built to last.
June Garnica has been helping people navigate insurance since 1987, driven from the start by a genuine desire to help people find the right coverage. Her career began in member services at PacifiCare, giving her a client-first foundation that has defined her approach ever since. She went on to hold senior roles at MetLife and Cigna, where she spent over 30 years as a Senior Account Executive.
June specializes in group health plans, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental Health and Medicare coverage. She holds an active Life and Health license and a Medicare certificate in all 50 states.
